Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery possible. Typically, order processing and shipping will take 7–14 business days.

Order Process

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.

• When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive another email notification with tracking information.

• Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Portugal.

Shipping Rates

• International Orders (outside the US): A flat shipping fee of $16 will be applied at checkout.

• United States Orders: Starting August 29, only Express Shipping with DDP duties will be available. The shipping cost is $50.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the normal timeframe, please contact us. We welcome emails regarding order status, shipping issues, or information changes, and will do our best to resolve your concerns promptly.
